FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT 12 MONTHS (MATERNITY COVER)
Applications are invited to apply for the above post, based within the Urology Department within Ninewells Hospital.
An exciting opportunity within a fast-paced environment is available for an adaptable individual to provide an efficient, administrative service within the Specialist Surgery Division.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of literacy and numeracy skills. The administrative duties within this post require. general administrative experience working with computer systems along with computer/ typing skill. Experience of specific NHS Tayside IT systems is not essential.
Your performance must comply with the national "Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009" and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Current NHS Tayside Employees - Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
Hours of work are: 15 hours per week, between Monday and Friday
