We are recruiting an experienced FullMulti Trader that can carry out Carpentry works including locks and windows, Plumbing, basic Electrics (like-for-like), Patch Plastering,Tiling with Painting and Decorating skills.
The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The job requires working between 8amto 5pm every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. This will include whenever these days fall on public holidays. The job is to cover Emergency Call-Outs (ECOs)

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
The job requires work and travel across North and North West London .

Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
Full valid UK manual driving licence (Not EU or automatic licence)
Own tools
Experience of working in social housing preferred
DBS certificate
Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday every week including when these days fall on public holidays.
