We are seeking an outstanding SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs.

✨ The Role:
1. Provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
2. Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education and behaviour plans
3. Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, ensuring access to the curriculum and emotional wellbeing
4. Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour through consistent, nurturing practice
5. Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and progress tracking
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Proven experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant (essential)
7. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, patience, and emotional intelligence
8. Confident in managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
9. Highly reliable, professional, and passionate about inclusive education
10. Able to work collaboratively while also showing initiative and adaptability
