A specialist greenhouse contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a large refurbishment of the university greenhouse facility.
Project Overview

Scope of Works
* Removal and replacement of existing heating systems
* Installation of new greenhouse control systems
* New heating and ventilation systems
* Fan ventilation works
* Sourcing and installation of heat pumps
* Coordination of specialist subcontractors
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day site supervision and coordination
* Managing subcontractors and specialist trade contractors
* Health & Safety management and site compliance
* Liaising with the project team and client representatives
* Maintaining site records

Candidate experience
For this role, the suitable candidate will have
* Proven construction background, with experience in site supervision.
* SSSTS qualification (essential)
* CSCS Card (essential)
