About the Role
We are looking to recruit a confident and commercially focused Commercial Property Solicitor to join our well-established team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of quality commercial property matters in a vibrant coastal city with a thriving business community.
The role will suit a solicitor who enjoys client contact, can manage their own caseload independently, and is keen to develop long-term client relationships within a growing and supportive firm.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending.
Advise a wide range of clients including businesses, investors, developers, and landlords/tenants.
Run transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.
Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with colleagues across departments and offices.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with ideally NQ – 4 years PQE in commercial property (other levels of experience will be considered).
Proven ability to manage a full commercial property caseload.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
Commercial awareness and good technical knowledge.
Team player with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
