Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Bristol - 3+ Years' Experience
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* New build properties
* Shared ownership matters
Minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience is required.
Candidate Requirements

You will be:

Essential Skills
* Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancing Executive
* Proven ability to manage your own caseload confidently
