The Role * Full-time, site-based position overseeing electrical installation and maintenance projects * Supervising electricians and site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard * Managing daily site operations and coordinating schedules * Carrying out inspections to ensure quality and compliance * Ensuring all work adheres to current electrical and safety regulations * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues as they arise * Providing technical support and guidance to engineers and operatives * Liaising with clients to ensure project specifications and expectations are met * Promoting and maintaining excellent health & safety standards on site The Company * Well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Essex * Delivering projects across London and the South East * Over 30 years of industry expertise * Strong reputation for quality workmanship and repeat business * Growing team with a steady pipeline of projects The Ideal Candidate * Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide teams effectively * Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and handling Electrical Equipment * Strong understanding of electrical systems and engineering principles * Up-to-date knowledge of current regulations and safety standards * Familiarity with NICEIC requirements * Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Confident leading teams and working independently * Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset * SSSTS or SMSTS What’s on Offer * £55,000 annual salary DOE * Company van and fuel card * Company pension scheme * 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays * Permanent, full-time opportunity Recruitment Process Submit your application or give us a call Qualifying call to discuss the role in more detail Submission to the client (with your consent) Client interview Offer of employment if successful
