A ' good ' secondary school with 'outstanding' behaviour in Newcastle is looking to appoint a creative graduate teaching assistant to join their very friendly SEN team. The school would like to hear from candidates that are willing to learn and grow with the school. The main duties of a Graduate Teaching Assistant will include: Supporting the pupils in their education through the national curriculum Supporting and managing the behaviour of pupils Work ing with the class teacher to implement interventions Supporting and delivering creative and innovative lessons Using formative and summative assessment Promoting independence with life skills Providing an outstanding level of safeguarding and pastoral care The ideal candidate f will: Be available for work Monday to Friday Be a recent graduate Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves ) A full y checkable work history
