Responsibilities:
* Support class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Provide one-to-one or small group academic support to pupils
* Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
* Assist with assessments, marking, and progress tracking
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
* Gain first-hand experience in the day-to-day life of a teacher
Requirements:
* Must have completed a degree or currently be studying at university
* A strong interest in pursuing a career in education and teacher training
* Must live in the UK and have the right to work
* Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
