This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a childcare company that truly values Early Years and operates to a higher standard than many nurseries in the area.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery
* Ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding in line with EYFS
* Support and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice
* Build strong partnerships with parents and the local community
* Support the Director with occupancy growth, staffing and operational excellence
* Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding and health & safety requirements
We are looking for someone who
* Is an experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
* Is passionate about Early Years and high-quality childcare
* Has strong leadership and team development skills
* Wants to be part of a nursery where their ideas and experience will be valued
