Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identifying and managing risk‑reduction activities
2. Ensuring medical provision and work equipment meet legal standards
3. Processing quotes and invoices through SAP
4. Reporting and analysing accidents and incidents
5. Liaising with insurers to support employee rehabilitation in long‑term absence cases
6. Preparing reports and presentations for SLT meetings
7. Maintaining documentation, systems and compliance records
8. Supporting general Facilities tasks and wider Business Support Services activity
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
9. A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation
10. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
11. Confident with spreadsheets, data and analysis
12. Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills
13. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
14. Project coordination and planning skills
15. Budget awareness and understanding of business finance
16. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (desirable, not essential)
