Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of mechanical systems. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while providing exceptional service. Your ability to upsell services and products will contribute significantly to the overall success of our operations. Training will be provided to better understand the systems used and guidance.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
* Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required.
* Upsell additional services and products that enhance customer satisfaction.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
* Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately.
* Liaise with technicians to communicate customer concerns and service requirements effectively.
* Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Experience
* Some mechanical knowledge ideal to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
* Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services in previous roles
