Academics are supporting a secondary school in Swindon that is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students, develop their performance and confidence, and contribute to a vibrant performing arts department.
Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) Develop students' acting, performance, and creative writing skills Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback Maintain a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environment * Promote safeguarding and student wellbeing
Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong subject knowledge in Drama or Performing Arts Experience teaching in a secondary school setting Confident classroom and behaviour management skills * Energetic, creative, and collaborative approach
