A well-established, design-led architectural practice with a strong UK presence is looking to appoint a Project Architect or Senior Architect to join its Glasgow studio, supporting a growing and varied project workload. The role: At Project / Senior level, this is a hands-on position with genuine autonomy. You will be involved across all RIBA stages, with a strong emphasis on coordination, delivery and leadership. Key responsibilities include: Leading projects or significant work packages from concept through to completion Coordinating consultants and managing complex technical information Acting as a key point of contact for clients and external stakeholders Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team Maintaining design quality while ensuring projects are technically and commercially sound This role suits architects who are comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and leading from the front. About you They are open to ARB Registered candidates currently operating at Project Architect or Senior Architect level, ideally with: Proven experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages Confidence running packages or projects with minimal supervision Strong Revit skills and experience working within a BIM environment Clear communication skills with clients, consultants and internal teams A proactive, solutions-focused approach Why consider this role?
