Salary: Max £70k (+ benefits)
Location: REMOTE predominantly, with occasional travel to Lancashire office as needed.
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team to support workload related to digital transformations. This role involves project-based work, primarily assisting with streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes, especially within Local Governments.
Experience:
* Operational change management (non-technical)
* Experience with Local Government Bodies
* Knowledge of Revenue & Benefits processes

Key Responsibilities:
* Specify, model, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness, aligned with statutory and regulatory standards.
* Use modelling and process mapping techniques to support business change initiatives.
* Analyze processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities, presenting proposals to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs.
* Assess risks and opportunities associated with recommendations, suggesting mitigation strategies.
* Identify processes and IT requirements to implement recommendations.
