On a weekly basis, inmates have the opportunity to order basics goods, like shampoo and chocolate, that they pay for with their own funds. At DHL, we manage the picking, packing and distribution of these orders.
We're now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will play an integral role in the prisoners' lives, working with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.

* Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation (based on-site at the prison)
* Line management of the Warehouse Team Leaders and overall supervision of the prisoners whilst they are at work
* Ensuring compliance to Health & Safety as well as prison rules and regulations
* Staff training and inductions
* Meeting and exceeding operational targets

* Can provide three years of UK address history (mandatory for enhanced security clearance)
* Are comfortable working in a prison environment, alongside inmates
* Have previous experience leading, managing or supervising a team
