This role involves teaching students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and we welcome applicants from both secondary and primary backgrounds who are adaptable and committed to building strong relationships with young people. Responsibilities include: Planning and delivering tailored educational programs. Providing one-on-one and group support to students. Creating a safe and supportive learning environment. Monitoring and reporting on students' progress. Collaborating with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals. Requirements: Experience working with children with SEMH needs is desirable, but a genuine care to make a difference in these children's lives is essential. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
