Role Requirements
* Strong background in Planned Works, Cladding, and Façade refurbishment
* Ability to lead commercial activity across multiple schemes
* Experience with cost control, subcontract procurement, CVRs and forecasting
* A proactive, confident individual comfortable working in a developing regional structure
