What You'll Do
* Research and prospect new business opportunities across the fleet, logistics, automotive, and technology sectors.
* Run targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to engage senior decision-makers.
* Creating leads through structured discovery calls.
* Build and nurture a strong pipeline of opportunities, booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Product Specialists.
* Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation and campaign performance.
* Provide market feedback and insights to help refine go-to-market strategy and messaging.
What We're Looking For
* Strong foundation in sales or lead generation within software sales
* Exposure to fleet management, connected vehicles, telematics, or IoT is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills - able to build rapport quickly and engage with prospects confidently.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and resilient, with a genuine desire to succeed and grow in a technology sales career.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a consultative, curious approach.
* Eager to learn new technology solutions and communicate their value to potential customers.
* Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools to manage outreach and pipeline activity.
