We are looking to recruit a Rental Advisor to join our team at Skoda Leeds.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 100 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world-class customer service. This role comes with an easily achievable OTE of £35,000.

About You
We are looking for someone who is able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Rental Advisor you will be responsible for owning the customer experience from start to finish, this will involve vehicle preparation, booking vehicles in and out for rental and accurately completing all required documentation.
You must be able to:
* As a Rental Advisor you will have excellent motivational skills, drive, ambition and people skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to provide great customer service to our customers and colleagues alike.
* Great attention to detail, strong administration skills and high levels of accuracy are essential within this role.
* Knowledge of the automotive rental industry is desirable, however experience of working within an Office/Administration environment would be beneficial.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours
Shift pattern between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, covering 44 hours- For the right candidate, there is flexibility on hours.
If you have worked in retail previously, you will be glad to know we close Easter Sunday, Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years Day.
