A well-established and respected law firm in the South West is seeking a full-time Company Commercial Solicitor with 0-4 years' PQE to join its growing commercial team. Work may include:Business and share sales and acquisitionsDrafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including terms and conditions, supply, distribution, agency, and franchise contractsShareholder agreements and disputesInvestment and private equity transactionsCorporate restructuring and governanceEmployee share schemes and incentivesAdvising startups and SMEs on structure and successionSupporting education sector clients with projects such as academy conversions and MATsYou will be joining a busy, collaborative team with a strong client base and access to high-quality work.
