Volunteer Job Description: Financial Business Analyst
Position Overview
Always Win Limited is seeking an analytically sharp and values-driven Financial Business Analyst Volunteer to join our organisation. This is a strictly voluntary, unpaid position designed for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact, gain high-level portfolio experience, and align with an organization that deeply values professional development and mutual growth.
In this strategic role, you will serve as a vital pillar in our investment and research pipeline. Working directly under the Managing Director, you will perform deep‑dive fundamental analysis on publicly traded companies, translating raw financial data into sharp, interpretive insights. A core component of this role is leadership and quality control: you will supervise a Finance Assistant, ensuring absolute accuracy in data extraction before applying a unique, proprietary rubric to judge a company's financial health and share price quality.

In alignment with this philosophy, our commitment to your growth begins during the recruitment process itself. We actively support the best candidates by initiating open, transparent discussions about your long‑term career goals from day one. This ensures we can deliberately shape your voluntary position to provide the specific, relevant experiences and projects necessary to advance your professional trajectory.
