Principal People are currently recruiting for an Interim Health and Safety Advisor in partnership with a renowned property and estates management services organisation based in North-West London for a 3-6 month contract offering 3 days per week .
Covering a varied risk profile within this role they are looking to pay the successful candidate a day rate of £350-450/day dependant on experience.
Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, the successful Interim Health and Safety Advisor will support the Health and Safety function to maintain a compliant and positive health and safety culture across the organisation and operations undertaking basic risk assessments, health and safety audits, assisting with general health and safety queries and offer overall health hand safety advice and support to the H&S function for this period.
The Successful Interim H&S Advisor will hold:
1. NEBOSH General Certificate minimum
2. Health and Safety experience within Estates, Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Building Safety, Hard Services, Corporate is ideal but they are flexible on background for the right individual
3. Be flexible to work in a fluid and changing environment and adaptability to communicate with a diverse workforce
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Be happy to work a 3 day per week role.
6. Be available to start immediately
