The role of the Field Service Engineer is to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of Food Processing and packaging equipment. The Field Service Engineer will ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner and that the customer is left feeling cared for.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Multi skilled engineer with 5 years experience
1. 2-4 years of experience in the field service industry and/or food industry knowledge
2. Apprenticeship or equivalent Electro-mechanical experience preferred
3. Previous experience and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control circuitry required
4. PLC’s with Ladder Logic knowledge is advantageous
5. Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
6. Ability to read, write, and understand English required
7. Excellent customer relationship management skills are a must
