Management Accountant – Client-Facing | Property Sector
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)
We’re working with a growing and highly regarded accountancy practice that’s expanding its outsourced finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant who enjoys client interaction, variety, and real responsibility.
This isn’t just a reporting role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape financial decisions while leading a small team internally.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of property management client
* Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
* Delivering meaningful financial insights and commentary
* Overseeing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payment process
* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and meetings
* gsSupporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members

What we’re looking for
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified
* Experience within practice, outsourced finance, or similar client-facing environments
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Strong technical grounding with a proactive mindset
