Job Introduction
Retail Manager
Based at RAF Halton, Wendover, Aylesbury, HP22 5PG this is a fabulous opportunity to join a Global Organisation with over 430,000 staff worldwide, and provide support to our Armed Services Personnel.
You'll be responsible for the operation of 4 - 5 outlets, a mixture of café's, bars and shops, and 10 - 15 staff across the retail portfolio on site.

What you'll do:
* Perform and supervise the day to day activities of the areas under your responsibility
* Manage all IT systems within the areas including but not limited to, Kronos, Drive, CPOS
* Manage all aspects of a Team of staff, ensuring all team training and development is completed and up to date
* Achieve financial and budget targets
* Ensure delivery of operations across the retail outlets
What you bring:
* Experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level in a company
* Good numerical and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
* Management knowledge of health & safety and food safety
* Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
* Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Proven experience in hospitality sector, including stock management, cash control and customer service
* Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards
* Analyse problems analytically, develop opportunities and implement innovative solutions
* High organisational skills to run multiple outlets
