Hours: Permanent, 37 per week, Monday–Friday (07:00–16:30)

Aramark UK is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is your chance to combine leadership with hands-on work, ensuring our site stays spotless and our team stays motivated.
What you’ll do:
* Supervise and inspire your cleaning team to deliver exceptional results every day.
* Manage PPE, cleaning materials, and ensure health & safety compliance.
* Conduct team meetings, identify training needs, and support development.
* Assist with payroll preparation and arrange cover for holidays and sickness.
* Complete daily audits and prepare monthly KPI reports.
* Perform general cleaning duties to the highest standards – sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and rubbish disposal.
* Ensure equipment is safe, stored correctly, and report any issues promptly.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous cleaning and supervisory experience.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
