The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and client relationships, with full autonomy to grow your estate agency business. You will be supported by Nested’s marketing resources and tools, managing client relationships from start to finish, and benefiting from a commission structure starting at 75%, increasing up to 100% of revenue.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top estate agency experience in valuing properties, winning business, and customer service.
* Strong understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation strategies.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for the craft.
* Deep knowledge of the local area, amenities, schools, and hotspots.
* Alignment with Nested values and a customer-centric approach.
* Social media skills are a bonus, with support available for brand building and community engagement.
