Remote Working with Office Base
Hours: Full time (possible part time hours considered)
As a People Change Advisor, you will:
Support the People Change team with organisational change and restructure
Advise managers with change processes to ensure colleague and union engagement and input
Support with updating people policies and procedures to ensure best practice, working closely with the People Policy Advisor to ensure consistency across the group
Work in collaboration with the wider People team to ensure all administrative processes are carried out effectively and efficiently
Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues in the business
Experience required for the People Change Advisor role is:
Previous HR experience at Advisor or officer/assistant level
Experience in providing generalist advice
Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
Ability to work confidentially
