Job Opportunity: Sales Support Administrator


Office Angels is excited to be recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on behalf of our well-established client in Gateshead.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, providing essential administrative support to Key Account Managers who manage B2B customer relationships.


You'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative support, assisting with the end-to-end customer journey-handling quotes, orders, updates, stock processing, and delivery arrangements-ensuring a seamless service experience for customers.


Initially a 3-month temporary role, there is a strong possibility this could lead to a permanent position for the right person. This role is to start ASAP, so we can only consid4er candidates who are available immediately or with a maximum 1 week notice.


Location: Gateshead, free on-site parking
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch, unpaid)
Contract: Temporary (3 months) with potential to go permanent
Salary: £26,810 per annum


Key Responsibilities:



* Process customer quotes and accurately input orders into the Sales Master system

* Ensure all order details are correct including invoice, delivery address, and full product specifications

* Maintain regular customer communication and prepare updates/reports

* Manage stock offering to prevent delays or issues with paid stock

* Coordinate delivery calls and bookings

* Handle debtor paperwork and upload documentation accordingly

* Escalate any issues or delays to the Supply Manager and relevant Key Account Manager



Essential Skills & Experience:



* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

* Strong literacy and numeracy skills

* Confident planning and organisational abilities

* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
