About the role
We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy, self-starter to join our Partnerships team. As Partnerships Executive you will be working with our Partnerships Director, as well as our close-knit start-up team. This role supports the department mission to acquire and retain the world’s best-loved consumer brands across all categories. We are looking for a star performer who will develop in time into Partnerships Manager.
Key responsibilities
* Outreach to potential new brand partners
* Proactively progressing a sales pipeline of new business, from pitch to close
* Creating & maintaining pitch materials
* Supporting onboarding of brand partners
* Compiling & distributing brand partner reports
* Proactively engaging with existing brand partners to positively influence their performance

You’re uber-organised, a brilliant communicator, and you take real pride in your work. You’re comfortable juggling many things at once, you’ve got a solid instinct for what needs doing next, plus the initiative to get stuck in and do it. You love chatting to people, building relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen. You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and tackle the boring-but-important stuff, because you know that’s what keeps things moving.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience of winning new business and/or successful relationship management
* Social media savvy, with an interest in consumer brand marketing, brand advocacy and the creator economy
* A proactive self-starter, with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
* Confident and well presented with a warm, positive, persuasive communication style
* Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail with exemplary follow up
* Hyper organised and a master of multitasking
* Quick adoption of new databases and systems, and always on the look-out for efficiencies and optimisation
* Previous experience with consumer brands, social media marketing or relationship management a plus
* Remote (UK) + one day per week in the London office (Blackfriars)*
* Available to attend events in London when required

Salary
£30,000-£32,000 DoE
