English Teacher \n \nProspero Teaching is looking for a dedicated English Teacher for an Ofsted "GOOD" Secondary school in Hillingdon. The school has a supportive English department. Most of the timetable for this role will be key stage 3 and key stage 4.
The position is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. \nCONTRACT DETAILS \n· Location - Hillingdon, London \n· Position - English Teacher \n· Type of work - English Teacher \n· Contract or position start date - 01/09/2025 \n· Duration / Likely Duration - Until the end of the academic year \n· Contract or position end date (if applicable) - On going \n· Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary \n· Full time/part time - Full time \n· Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP150 per day \n· Hours - 8:00 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings \nEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS \n· QTS or equivalent \n· Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK \n· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year \n \nTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: \n· Hold Right to Work in the UK \n· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application \n· Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years \n \nOTHER \nIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
