Skills & Experienced Required: * Proven administrative experience gained from a professional regulated environment * Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy * Strong work ethic * Experience in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A team player with a positive attitude The successful candidate will be responsible handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, managing client files and other documentation, support the team with general office duties, schedule appointments, meetings and maintain office calendars.
