An established and successful financial services company is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to support the sales and marketing team actvities, on-boarding new clients and producing documentation.
What will the Sales Support Administrator be doing?
* Deal with enquiries from financial advisers.
* Produce new business documentation
* Provide technical support - training will be given
* Maintain and monitor new business data
* Follow up and monitor new business enquiries
* Coordinate and attend seminars
* Organise and follow up new business information with field sales colleagues
* Deliver excellent customers service
What skills / experience does the Sales Support Administrator need?
* Self confident and articulate
* It is essential the person can confidently and easily develop professional relationships.
* A confident telephone manner
* Good written and numerical skills
* Good IT skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of Financial services or pensions would be ideal but not essential
* CF1/FPC1 professional exam qualification must be met within 1 year of joining.
* 5 GCSE's or equivalent
