Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
* Review existing policies and procedures.
* Provide health and safety training and support to staff.
* Investigate accidents and incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor.
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
