At AXA Health we're looking for Occupational Health Advisors to join our Occupational Health Teams in Milton Keynes on a Part Time basis; 22.5 hours, 3 days per week. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day. You'll work onsite to undertake assessments as well as working from home on a diverse range of cases; no two days are the same. As such, you must be flexible and comfortable with a degree of travel as part of your working week. We work across a diverse range of business sectors including Financial Services, automotive, aviation, drinks and manufacturing. At AXA, we're adopting a Hybrid way of working empowering our people to balance their time between home and office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll spend 1 -2 days onsite with clients and the rest of your week working from home
*What you'll be doing:*
* Play an active role in the health and wellbeing of the many employees of our clients and use your specialist clinical skills to provide expert assessments and the right solutions to match the client's needs
* Undertake case management in person and over the phone producing high standard and quality management advice reports. 6 management referrals per day
* Onsite Health Surveillance including HAVS, audiometry, spirometry, skin assessments and a variety of Fitness for Work Assessments, working with our clients to maintain and develop the health and wellbeing of their workforce Please note if you are not trained in all these components, training can be provided
* You will be provided with guidance, training and development to thrive in your role
*Qualifications*
* Registered Nurse with a qualification (diploma or degree) in Occupational Health
* Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance
* Travel is required in this role, so you need to be able to drive and have your own vehicle
