MH/LD Clinical Lead – Supported Living |West London Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Working Pattern: Hybrid (approx. 2 days home-based / 3 days community) Location: West London (regional travel required) Mileage: Paid at 45p per mile (no car allowance) Job Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MH/LD Clinical Lead (RMN / RNLD) to join a growing supported living provider in West London. This is a senior clinical leadership role overseeing supported living services for adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge. The role combines clinical governance, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement, with no heavy operational or rota management.
