Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Spa Therapist to lead our spa therapy team and uphold the highest standards of treatment excellence and guest care.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, mentoring therapists, driving treatment revenue, and ensuring every guest experience reflects The Nici’s luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
*
Lead, motivate, and develop the spa therapy team.
*
Conduct training, onboarding, and ongoing skills development.
*
Carry out performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
*
Support rota planning and ensure adequate staffing levels.
*
Act as the senior therapist on shift, resolving guest or operational issues.
Treatment Excellence
*
Deliver a full range of high-quality spa treatments to guests.
*
Maintain exceptional standards of consultation, service, and aftercare.
*
Ensure consistency in treatment protocols and brand standards.
*
Support the introduction of new treatments and seasonal offerings.
Operations & Commercial Performance
*
Assist in achieving monthly revenue and retail targets.
*
Monitor therapist productivity and treatment utilisation.
*
Drive retail sales through team coaching and personal example.
*
Oversee stock control, ordering, and product management.
*
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations.
Guest Experience
*
Maintain a luxury, welcoming, and calm spa environment.
*
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
*
Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
*
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or related discipline.
*
Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Spa Therapist.
*
Experience working in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
*
Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational skills.
*
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
