Job Description
We are excited to be working with a vibrant, high-volume fresh-food venue set in the stunning Cheltenham countryside. They are looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee their busy food and beverage operation. Leading a team of up to 30 during peak service, you'll be at the heart of the operation, managing daily logistics, refining processes, and shaping their future offerings.

Responsibilities:
* Leading and motivating the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service.
* Managing rotas, event operations, and daily logistics for smooth operations.
* Controlling stock levels, maintaining supplier relationships, and managing costs.
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and food safety.
* Collaborating with the Head of F&B to develop strategy, enhance guest experience, and increase revenue.
