We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Services team, working closely with senior leaders across our Directorates. This is a strategic and operational role, providing expert HR support that aligns with our organisational goals and values.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation through programmes that drive culture change, enhance employee experience, and embed inclusive, high‑performing practices.

About the role
* Partner with Directorate Leadership Teams to align workforce strategies with organisational objectives.
* Lead initiatives in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
* Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
* Support organisational change programmes, including TUPE transfers.
* Contribute to strategic projects such as pay and reward, staff engagement, and learning and development.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within your Directorates.
About you
* Is currently in a senior HR advisory or business partner role, ideally within the public sector.
* Has strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Demonstrates excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
* Is confident in building capacity and driving performance through others.
* Thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a positive impact
