Key Responsibilities Own month-end close and management accounts Ensure accuracy, continuity, and stability across finance Identify and implement process improvements Partner with commercial teams and key stakeholders Pick up urgent BAU and transition tasks Support audit queries and preparation About You Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE Strong background in management accounting and month-end Comfortable working autonomously and adding value quickly Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable Audit exposure and experience in fast-paced or tech-led environments a plus
