The Role: If you’re a proven new-home sales consultant tired of working every weekend, this is the role you’ve been waiting for. Based from the Penrith office, you’ll manage internally generated enquiries, make first contact over the phone and guide clients through the full sales process without the usual display-home roster. You’ll present tailored solutions across custom homes, duplexes, KDRB and premium order designs, prepare tenders and contracts, mark up floor plans, manage CRM updates and meet clients in the office or onsite when required. This is a structured, professional sales environment with strong support and no weekend burnout. About You: You bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in new-home sales with strong communication, qualification and relationship-building skills. You understand the build process, can confidently prepare tenders and contract documentation, and thrive in a client-first environment. You want a Monday–Friday structure, value work–life balance and are motivated by clear KPIs and uncapped earning potential.
