They’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can sit at the heart of the business - turning strategy into action, aligning teams and agencies, and delivering multi-channel campaigns that don’t just look good, but actually move the needle. This role is for someone who loves both the creative and the commercial: part orchestrator, part operator, part optimiser. This Marketing Manager role would suit someone who thrives at the centre of activity - managing projects, agencies and internal teams, balancing creative delivery with data-driven decision-making, and keeping campaigns on track, on brand and on target within a purpose-driven EdTech environment. Responsibilities of the role (including but not limited to): Plan, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including email, content, website, partnerships and performance activity Act as the central point of coordination for marketing projects, managing timelines, priorities, dependencies and stakeholders from brief to delivery Manage external agencies and suppliers (e.g. creative, SEO, paid media, web), including briefing, delivery, performance and budgets Write and edit marketing copy across channels, including emails, landing pages, web content, presentations and campaign materials Create and adapt marketing assets using tools such as Canva, maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand presentation Oversee website and landing page updates, working with internal and external teams to improve conversion and user journeys Build and maintain marketing reporting, dashboards and insights linked to business goals, including campaign performance and ROI Prepare clear, senior-ready updates and performance summaries for leadership Support CRM and marketing automation activity, including segmentation, nurture journeys, tracking and attribution Plan and deliver events, webinars and activations, including logistics, materials and post-event follow-up Continuously test, iterate and optimise campaigns, tools and processes, staying up to date with marketing trends and AI-powered tools Desirable attributes of the successful candidate: 3–5 years’ experience in a broad, hands-on marketing role (consumer-facing, digital-first and/or EdTech environments preferred) Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel campaigns with consistent messaging Proven experience managing agencies and external partners Strong project management and organisational skills, comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and stakeholders Excellent written communication skills with confidence in writing marketing copy across formats Comfortable producing marketing assets in Canva (or similar tools) with a strong eye for detail Analytical, data-driven mindset with confidence using KPIs and insights to guide decisions Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Curious about new tools and technologies, including AI, with a focus on continuous improvement Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills If you’re a smart, hands-on marketer who thrives on ownership, creativity, and momentum - this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
