The Opportunity:
This is an exciting newly created role, offering the chance to play a key part in driving our operations function forward.
Working closely with the Team Leader, you'll help ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey - from course availability and booking, through to delegate support and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role will include:
* Providing administrative booking support to the regional sales team
* Acting as first-line phone support for booking and operational enquiries
* Ensuring a seamless customer journey from booking to course completion
* Scheduling new courses, opening them for bookings, and monitoring fill rates
* Supporting delegates throughout their learning journey
* Following up to drive 100% course attendance
* Awarding CPD points on course completion
* Ensuring all delegates are correctly set up on systems with appropriate access
* Monitoring ticket desks and responding to operational and booking queries
* Collating course feedback for review by the Team Leader and Manager
* Supporting large contract processing alongside internal teams
* Liaising with wider group businesses to ensure smooth course delivery
* Working with third-party suppliers to manage materials and stock levels
* Recommending process improvements to drive operational efficiency
You'll also contribute to achieving quarterly operational targets, including:
* Course availability
* Booking volumes processed
* Ticket desk SLA performance
About You:

This is a full-time hybrid role with:
* 2 days per week in the Exeter office
* £26000 Per Annum Salary is based on a 37.5 Hours Week - This role is Part Time at 30 Hours per week the Pro Rata Salary is therefore £20,800 for the successful applicant
