The Role With Intelligence is a leading provider of data for the alternative asset management industry. Having recently been acquired by a successful technology investor, we are now expanding our London based People team. As a HR Advisor at With Intelligence, you will play a key role in providing exceptional HR support and guidance to employees and leaders within the company. You will work closely with the Senior HR team to ensure the smooth operation of various HR processes and initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as support the growth and development of the company's workforce. Responsibilities Providing professional advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures Assisting in the development and implementation of our HR initiatives Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process with care and attention Maintaining accurate HR records to ensure compliance with data protection regulations Managing employee relations issues with sensitivity and thoughtfulness, including conducting investigations and facilitating disciplinary processes Supporting the performance management process to help employees reach their full potential Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and strategic initiatives to drive success Staying up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices to ensure compliance and offer the best support possible Requirements Proven Experience operating as a HR Advisor within a fast-paced HR/People department. Experience of managing complex ER issues (incl. disciplinary, grievance, terminations, long-term absence, variation of terms etc.). The ability to lead and advise on employee relations processes, including performance management, sickness, and redundancy, with knowledge of the relevant best practice and laws. Experienced with HR systems. Understanding of UK employment law. High attention to detail and follow-through with strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Effective project manager and relationship-builder. Knowledge of immigration requirements and have worked with immigration lawyers on visa applications and maintained legally required immigration documents is advantageous. CIPD qualified (ideally level 5 or studying towards) preferred.
