What We're Looking For:
1. Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
2. Extensive experience in adult complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
3. Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring Nurse Managers and HCAs
4. Strong clinical governance knowledge and ability to oversee care quality
5. Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills
6. Experience working with CHC nurses, CCG commissioners, and external partners
7. Full UK driving license is essential
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and support a team of Adult Nurse Managers, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care
2. Lead clinical governance and quality assurance, driving improvements across community care packages
3. Manage complex cases, including risk assessment, care planning, and multidisciplinary team coordination
4. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to develop staff expertise
5. Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including commissioners and NHS partners
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards
