What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Company Solicitor to join the Legal Team. This role typically reports to the Group Solicitor and will work within the Land/HA sector of the Legal Team for various divisional offices across the Group.
Responsibilities
* Developing relationships between the regional offices; travel between regional offices from time to time is expected.
* Property-focused work, specialising in affordable housing and investor sales, with advising on general land matters, assisting with disposal matters, and including some planning and infrastructure work.
Qualifications
* You must be a solicitor or a fully qualified legal executive.
* Experience in areas such as affordable housing sales, section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, undertaking property due diligence, and reporting on title would be beneficial.
* Previous experience of working for a house builder (either in house or in private practice) would be an advantage.
* Computer literate with good social and communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
