We are seeking dedicated and experienced Consultant Paediatrician from the United Kingdom to join our client’s private hospital on a beautiful Caribbean island. The ideal candidate will provide expert Paediatric to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment, upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist paediatric care for acute and chronic conditions
* Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
* Supervise junior doctors and nursing staff
* Collaborate with allied health teams and external partners
* Provide family‑centred education and support
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
* Participate in on‑call rota and emergency paediatric care
Requirements
* MRCPCH or equivalent paediatric specialist qualification
* Full GMC registration required
* Minimum 5 years of consultant‑level experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commitment to child safeguarding and family‑focused care
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment
