Description
About You
As an experienced Product Manager, you're passionate about driving growth and cultivating strong vendor partnerships in a fast-paced retail distribution ecosystem. Take ownership of your portfolio and deliver outstanding results through proactivity, strategic execution and operational excellence. Hybrid working based in Kurnell, Sutherland Shire.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximise sales, growth, and profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and retailers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
* Manage pricing programs, promotions, and price protection, including publishing pricelists for customers and internal teams.
* Acquire, develop, and maintain customer accounts to drive business opportunities.
* Analyse forecasts to optimise revenue while minimising stock risk.
* Oversee revenue, margin, rebates, accruals, and claims for your portfolio.
* Manage inventory, forecasting, and ordering processes to achieve business goals.
* Collaborate with internal Retail Account Managers and stakeholders to identify and drive new opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory requirements for all vendor products.
* Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and provide updates on business performance.
* Mentor and train Junior Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
