Candidates should have excellent communication skills, organisation and time management as key skills. Based full time at our prestigious offices in Albert Road, Colne, the successful candidates’ duties will include but not be limited to; • General Customer Services, including some low level complaint handling • Processing customer documentation/ policies • Answering and directing general enquiry calls and e-mails. • Processing data and maintaining customer records onto our unique CRM system. • Other office administrative duties / functions as required.
